Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching is a transformative partnership—a space where your aspirations take centre stage, and together, we map out the path to achieve them. I bring a compassionate yet focused approach, offering unconditional support, actionable strategies, and accountability. But here’s the thing: you are the true driver of this process. Coaching isn’t about me giving you answers—it’s about helping you uncover the tools and strength you already have within.

Most of the breakthroughs happen between sessions. It’s in the quiet moments of reflection, the small but courageous steps forward, and the way you show up for yourself day after day. Progress might not always feel linear, and there will be challenges along the way. But those moments of resistance are where growth takes root.

These sessions aren’t meant to be just another “to-do” in your calendar. My intention is to empower you with tools that create sustainable, lasting change—not just in climbing, but also in life. And because life can be complex, I understand that there may be times when you’re also navigating deeper emotional challenges. In these moments, coaching can work beautifully alongside therapy or other forms of support. My role is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, courage, and confidence.

  • The default is for sessions to take place online, which allows me to support people from all over the world. However, my partner and I are planning to travel a lot in our van, so there may be opportunities for in-person sessions depending on where we are. If in-person coaching is something you’re interested in, please let me know in the intake form or reach out with specific requests—I’ll do my best to accommodate!

  • Yes, I’m excited to offer coaching sessions and workshops in both English and Romanian! As a bilingual coach, I understand the unique cultural nuances that can shape mindset and performance. While most resources I share are primarily in English, I’m happy to adapt materials or tailor sessions to meet your needs. Let’s explore how we can work together in the language that feels most comfortable for you.

  • ICF stands for the International Coaching Federation, the leading global organization for professional coaches. Being ICF-accredited means that a coach has undergone rigorous training, adheres to a high standard of ethics, and commits to continuous professional development.

I’ve graduated from the Flow Centre’s ICF-accredited 6-month coaching certification program, and I’m in the process of earning my official associate coach credential with ICF. This involves accumulating coaching hours, ongoing mentorship, and further training. My commitment to becoming an ICF-accredited coach reflects my dedication to delivering high-quality coaching and ensuring my clients receive the best possible support. I’ll continue to share updates on this journey, as it’s an important part of my growth as a professional coach.

  • Absolutely! My coaching is tailored to climbers because climbing is such a big passion of mine, and I’ve had first-hand experience working through the mindset struggles that many climbers face—like managing fear, building confidence, and staying focused under pressure. However, the training I’ve completed as a certified coach wasn’t climbing-specific, so I also work with other driven individuals, including athletes and professionals, who resonate with my approach.  Whether you’re scaling walls or navigating challenges in another area of life, I’d love to connect and explore how flow and mindset coaching can support your journey.

  • I understand that investing in coaching can feel like a big step, but it’s also one of the best investments you can make in yourself. If you’re facing financial constraints, please don’t hesitate to reach out. During our initial strategy session, we can explore flexible payment plans or discuss options that make coaching more accessible for you.

I also share free resources and insights on Instagram and LinkedIn, which can be a great starting point if you’re not ready for a tailored coaching program just yet. My goal is to support those who are committed to growth and curious about how coaching can help them achieve their goals, so let’s have a conversation and see what might work for your unique situation.

Workshops, Speaking & Brand Partnerships

In addition to 1:1 coaching, I collaborate with climbing gyms, organisations, and brands on workshops, speaking events, and other projects that align with my mission. These sessions combine practical exercises, Q&As, and take-home resources to ensure real-world application. They are available online or in person (upon request) and are fully customisable to fit the needs of your group.

Popular topics include:

  • Flow & Peak Performance – Understanding the science behind flow state and how to access it more often.

  • Overcoming Mental Barriers in Climbing – Strategies for fear management, self-doubt, and performance anxiety.

  • Mindset for Injury Recovery – Navigating setbacks with resilience and a growth-oriented approach.

  • Burnout & Sustainable Performance – Prevent burnout and maintain long-term motivation, whether in climbing or work.

I’m also open to brand partnerships that align with my values. This could include contributing expert insights to media projects, developing mindset-focused resources for climbers, or consulting on athlete well-being initiatives.

If you’d like to work together, reach out through my contact form—I’d love to hear your ideas!
